The Fall season of steeplechasing is upon us. Shawan Downs is 9/29 in Maryland and the International Gold Cup is 10/6 in Virginia. The Pennsylvania Hunt Cup is 11/4 here in southeastern PA. I suggest you buy a ticket and enjoy a day in the country...wagering, having a few cocktails and tailgating with friends.
